Our Cutting Edge Rapid Build Systems

Steel frame is a building technique with a "skeleton frame" of vertical steel columns and horizontal I-beams, constructed in a rectangular grid to support the floors, roof and walls of a building which are all attached to the frame. In other words, it is construction in which the structural supporting elements consist of combinations of steel beams, steel girders, and steel columns, joined together at their intersections. .

Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – but in about half the time. Buildings are produced in “modules” that when put together on site, reflect the identical design intent and specifications of the most sophisticated site-built facility.

As an innovative company, we provide the latest structural and design technology available on the market. BIM technology enables us to design and construct on a software package before we even go on site. We can provide all the structural calculations and design in 3D. We can finalize costs quickly and easily, able to deliver our quality on time and within budget. This is the future of construction. .

Advantages of Steel Frame Homes

A steel frame home is non-combustible, termite resistant, and has dimensional stability. Because steel has the highest strength to weight ratio of any building material, it is by nature a superior construction material. Steel does not rot, warp, split, crack or creep and will not expand or contract with moisture content.

Criteria for Sustainability

All but one of the modern methods of construction (mmc), involves a process process of planning, designing, fabricating, transporting and assembling building elements for rapid site assembly to a greater degree of finish than in traditional on-site construction. The building is constructed off-site to an even higher standard.
